Please check out the Knowledge Base for an answer to your question first. If you can't find an answer there either, then you may need to submit a support ticket to take care of your issue.
To do so, please click on the SIGN UP button in the upper right hand corner of this site. Fill out your FULL NAME, EMAIL, and answer the CAPTCHA quiz if there is one.
You should then be sent an activation link to that email, which you should click on. This will allow you to select your password, etc. and you will be able to login and go through the process of submitting your ticket.
Please always remember when submitting the ticket to use the email address that you used to purchase one of our products, etc., as well as include a receipt #, PayPal #, transaction # etc., so that we can locate your transaction and take care of you as soon as possible.
